Rooted in Southlake for nearly 40 years, the Blind and Shutter Guys have deep ties to our community. Since 2002, owner Karl Stefansson has proudly operated this local business, and today it’s a true family-driven window covering company known for friendly service and expert craftsmanship.

We bring the showroom to you—literally. As a Shop-at-Home Showcase Dealer our design professionals guide you through a curated selection of Hunter Douglas and other premium brands, helping you find the perfect treatments tailored to your style, needs, and home.

Southlake Style has always been about the community it covers. The media organization focuses on uplifting others and building connections between neighbors.
Southlake Style’s creative team keeps a pulse of what’s happening in town, covering everything from city news to restaurant openings. Since starting in 2006, Southlake Style has issued a monthly print publication, with a current 84,000+ audited monthly readership, as well as Dragon Pride, which currently produces three yearly keepsake issues with a 36,000 distribution. And Carroll families may know one of Southlake Style’s custom publications: Inside Carroll — a multiple award-winning CISD partner publication.
