We installed all our window blinds/shutters through Blind and Shutter Guys for our new house in 2005. We were so impressed by their customer service and support throughout the 10 years that we contacted them again to change out the window treatments when we moved to our current home. Chuck and Karl have always been the constant, reliable and trusted partners who stand behind their products. They are always responsive and address any issue in a timely manner. We just had the most seamless upgrade to our motorized blinds and we're grateful for Chuck's exceptional customer service - he went above and beyond, as always!

Karl is excellent to work with. He installed my blinds at least two years ago. I had a problem with one of my blinds not operating correctly this morning. I texted Karl and within 2 hours he was at my home to trouble shoot and the problem was fixed!! Awesome service!!

We were lucky to find Blind and Shutter Guys for our project. We added many plantation shutters in our house. It was not an easy task to match the style and colors of the existing ones. We were very happy with the result. It was a great experience from the start to the end. Highly recommend! Thank you very much Karl and team!!

I've been using The Blind & Shutter Guys for years! Today Chris installed a room darkening honeycomb blind on a unique window in our home office. He was prompt, it was a quick installation and his workspace was neat. Highly recommend these guys!

We are so glad our neighbors steered us towards Blind and Shutter Guys for Plantation Shutters. We are very pleased with the 18 wooden shutters they installed. The Quality is high and we learned they are manufactured locally in Plano (Texas not China). The first group of 12 took 11 days from order to install, and the second group of 6 took 38 days (ordered after the first group was installed). We worked with Chuck French. He measured, took our order, and was present during install. Any minor issues were taken care of immediately and I am sure that if any service is required in the future it will be exceptional, like our buying experience.
